TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS opens a new line of services in order to optimize the tunnel kilns.

TEIDE has arranged two engineers for this purpose, and the objective is clear, to give added value to the company, making heat Balances of furnaces customers. It can thus be detected in what points of balance (sensible heat load, insulation, or the kiln car isotherms, etc.) there are significant losses.

Balance helps TEIDE to make proposals for action to the tunnel kilns, and with these, be guaranteed savings around 5-16% of annual consumption. This is possible owing to the synergy between the sales team and the technical team.
