The Technical Department of TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS, S.L. is deeply analyzing the real temperature conditions in the kiln of its customers.
Through intakes of data and analysis, TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS, S.L., designs specifics refractory materials to each zone of its industrial process.
Following we are glad to show the new development of the refractory concrete PYROFLOW 60/20 – 12ZE. The requirements of this type of concrete are very specifics, as:

High resistance to working temperature.

High fluidity (it should flow with very small inclinations, 5º).

Low water content.

Free silica in the matrix.

To develop the self-flowing castables, very demanding trials are performed, as is shown in the following link, where it is prepared a formwork of methacrylate to check the progress of the material.
TEIDE simulates the real conditions of pouring to detect on-site how material works. The following pictures show the initial assembly and the final appearance of the piece.
