THERMAL MASS ECO STOVE: AN ECOLOGICAL, HEALTHY AND ECONOMICAL HOME HEATING SYSTEM

An eco stove operates like a heat exchanger, thanks to the circuit created through its pipes. This circuit uses all the potential heat from biomass combustion (firewood) and the gases generated and heats up the entire refractory mass of the eco stove.

As the whole refractory surface is heated, it is converted into a heat storage system that gives off heat constantly and requires very little maintenance (firewood replacement).

A thermal mass eco stove has a firewood combustion efficiency of 85% as compared to traditional systems, which have an efficiency of between 10% and 30%.
