TEIDE IMPROVES THE QUALITY OF ITS BEST SELLING PRODUCTS.

The Technical Team of TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS, S.L., daily studies the way to improve the qualities of the most manufactured products.

Recently, through detailed studies of granulometries, reactivities, chemical analysis, we have reached that our qualities R-COR-S and R-COR-PO-I successfully win one of the toughest trials that a refractory can be summited: Thermal Shock to the water test’s, based on the standard norm PRE/R 5.1.

This essay consists in submitting samples to the desired temperature (in the case of this article 950ºC), making on it violent sudden actress, immersing the test tube into a tank of water, until the sample does not support more cycles.

In the following images, it can be seen the appearance of the samples at the end of the trial.

It can be seen that the appearance of the essayed test tubes not only is perfect but also could resist much more cycles.
