TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS WINS THE BID FOR THE REFRACTORY COATING OF 150 WAGONS.

After participating in the trial supply of the refractory coating of 50 wagons, the result obtained by the client has far exceeded their expectations.

The new detail-engineering design, together with the use of high quality pieces and materials with a high isolating capacity in the central part of the wagon, has translated into increased wagon performance, improving the shelf life of the pieces if compared to existing pieces, not to mention the great decrease in production issues the client experienced.

Thanks to this, and to the trust, professionalism and high quality of service provided by us, the client has decided to hire TEIDE for the supply of the over 100 wagons due to be substituted.

Each wagon is coated with more than 13 tonnes of refractory material, meaning that the order represents a supply of 2,000 tonnes of refractory material.
