TEIDE REFRACTORY WINS THE ENGINEERING, PRODUCTION, SUPPLY, MOUNTING AND DRYING CONTRACT FOR TERSA'S REFRACTORY COATING.

We are pleased to announce that our firm has been awarded the public contract for the engineering, production, supply, mounting and drying of the refractory coating of their three production lines at the Sant Adrià del Besós plant (Barcelona) for 2018 and 2019, with the option of extending that contract for a further two years.

This achievement is the fruit of the excellent relations between TERSA and TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS lasting more than 20 years, based on continuous collaboration since 2012, initially through the optimisation of the three furnaces by the Engineering Firm Ros Roca Envirotec and later, directly, through the refractory coating maintenance contract for the three lines from 2015 to 2017.

All the above has made it possible for TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS to supply and mount more than 200,000 kg. of concrete and over 2,500 special plates for the protection of boiler pipes during the past five years.

This recently-awarded contract will allow us to continue to evolve and innovate in providing new materials and application systems, in order to optimise the performance of the TERSA furnace boilers and their durability.
