TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS OPENS THE DOOR TO COOPERATON WITH CIRCE IN ORDER TO OFFER ITS CLIENTS A COMPLETE SERVICE.

Recently, TEIDE opened its doors to cooperation with the CIRCE (Centro de Investigación de Recursos y Consumos Energéticos) centre in order to provide its clients with a complete study of furnaces of all types such as grate type, fluidised bed, biomass, boiler, cupola, rotary and tunnel furnaces.

The purpose of this cooperation is to provide the know-how of both parties with a view to satisfying the industrial needs of the client, obtaining improvements in their annealing or melting processes.

TEIDE contributes its know-how on the study and simulation of the temperature conditions which may be present in the furnace and the refractory materials of its walls, optimising the areas where the refractory material is installed.

CIRCE’s contribution is based on the study and simulation of burners, the movement of gases inside the furnace and their combustion, optimising the final geometry.
