¿Which height should have my kiln car?
A too low kiln car transfers too much heat through the bottom. On the other hand, a too high kiln car unnecessarily reduces the height of its load with the consequent lower productivity.

TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS, S.L., uses numerical simulation implemented in HEATEIDE® to calculate the energy consumption of the kiln cars during the project phase.
As an example, under these lines is shown the temperature distribution inside different kiln cars with different heights under a firing process with the same temperature ramp.
Temperature distribution in different heights of the kiln car: 200 mm, 350 mm and 500 mm. Afterwards the information obtained from the numerical simulation is analyzed with our costumer.
