TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS RECENTLY COMPLETED A SUPPLY MATERIALS OF TIRME

Teide Refractory Solutions recently completed a supply of materials for the 2017 scheduled stop on lines L1 and L2 of Tirme (Environmental Technology Park of Mallorca).

The firm supplied more than 85Tn. of refractory concrete, including thixotropic concrete for pouring and special concrete for application with spraying machines operated by air pressure control and with a continuous flow of material to prevent the rejection of the material and the generation of dust during the application process.

As a service improvement, the daily consumption of materials was monitored, in order to plan the actual needs of the operation and ship the materials depending on those needs in 24/48h, thus reducing the stock of materials on the client’s premises and the resulting cost incurred in returning them.

The supply of materials was considered completed on obtaining the client’s approval and the delivery of a detailed report with the selected materials, quantities used by zones, a map of the affected areas per line, comments, recommendations and improvement proposals.
