  • High environmental humidity
  • Fluctuations of temperature and humidity

Main PROBLEM of the concrete: Inside the bag, the concrete sets partially. Hardens, forms lumps and its use becomes impossible.

  • Delays in the process of the works untll receive new material

Ordering small amounts of material, often can not be economical at all. To avoid this, customers tend to take orders for double, triple.. quantities than the ones they really need. We have tested both types of concrete to an accelerated aging process under the following conditions:

  • Environmental Conditions: 97% humidity

Temperature: 25ºC

Exposure time: 30 días.

These have been the RESULTS obtained:

**TO BEAR IN MIND:: **

  • It is not enough carrying out tests in setting. The results do not indicate decisively if the concrete has aged.
  • Look for the contents of the bags. Check for lumps .
  • Perform preliminary tests of compression strength and curing.
