It is known that low temperatures seriously affect the setting time of the refractory concrete so it is needed to wait a long time to remove the molds and formwork.

This brings economical damages and breach of the delivery of the work. Our R&D team, in line with previous developments, has designed a range of quick-setting concretes that make possible the hardening in a short time at low temperatures of around 5ºC.

These concretes take the acronyms QS4 and QS6. They are able to set and harden in 4 and 6 hours respectively. With these materials we can satisfy the need of our costumers demanding a quick demoulding speed up the work in cold weather and fulfil the delivery dates accorded.
