Every day is higher the necessity of fighting against abrasive inconveniences generally on tooling manufacturing and in particular:

In response to this urgent need, and according to the norm UNE-EN-ISO 10545-6: 1998 (“Ceramics: Part 6: Determination of resistance to deep abrasion of no Glazed tile”) we have submitted our materials to abrasion, with appropriate instrumentation:

Special Machine for the Determination of Resistance to Abrasion.

ADVERTISSEMENT: Due to the high resistante of the materials that TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS, S.L. manufactures, in order to be able of going on for the determination of resistance to abrasión of their products, it had been necessary to increase the weight on the friction in 10 kgs more than the standars the machine has.

With all of this (experience and improvement) TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS, S.L. has developed Antiabrasive Special Products.

TYPES:

A) NOT REFRACTORY ANTIABRASION CONCRETE: Maximum Temperature: 300ºC Basic Raw Materials: Quartzite, Carborundum, Diaspore, Alumina molten … among others.
